Penile Doppler
Sustainment of erection requires continuous inflow of blood into corporal bodies with complete occlusion of out flow (ie, Emisery vein).
Penile Doppler will assess the velocity of blood flow. We will induce the erection artificially and measure the velocity of blood flow. Penile Doppler assessment will differentiate arterial and venous causes of erectile dysfunction and can be managed accordingly.
